“World Finance” names 2014 technology award winners

World FinanceLondon-headquartered “World Finance” magazine recently announced the winners of the 2014 World Finance Technology Awards, which recognized promising technology firms based on reader recommendations and votes.

The awards, which began in 2007, are given by the judging panel, which supports a research team that compiles information on the companies nominated to receive the awards.

This year’s technology awards were presented to 16 companies: Linedata for best provider of middle and back office solutions; ICSFS for best provider of core banking systems technology; FIS for best mobile banking technology; Infosys for best IT outsourcing company; Juniper Networks for best network infrastructure provider; Trend Micro for best security technology provider; Temenos for best business intelligence software provider; and Ingenico for best payment technology provider.

Other technology award winners included: Capgemini for best CRM technology; Hong Kong Science Park for best technology and innovation city; Path Solutions for best Islamic banking systems provider; Tieto for best insurance systems provider; Murex for best risk management systems provider; International Turnkey Systems for best technology innovation; Splunk for best enterprise solution; and Fiserv for best risk & compliance solution.
