ACI Worldwide announces 2014 Excellence Awards winners

ACIACI Worldwide, a provider of electronic payment and banking systems, announced on Tuesday the winners of its 2014 Excellence Awards, which recognize financial institutions, payment processors and retailers for innovative use of ACI solutions.

Recipients were selected by a panel of judges comprised of ACI experts and analysts from CEB TowerGroup, Celent and Aite Group. Winners were chosen in 10 categories throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, Middle East and Americas.

Winners included AGS Transact Technologies for mobile banking and payments, DBS Bank for innovator of the year and wholesale payments excellence, Dupont Community Credit Union for online banking excellence and Federal Bank for customer service.

Other winners included Interswitch for retail payments excellence, Interswitch for product and services innovation, IndusInd Bank for operational excellence, Lee County Electric Cooperative for electronic bill presentment and payment excellence, and TURK EKONOMI BANKASI for payments fraud excellence.

Merit recognition recipients included First Data for product and services innovation, and Maybank and UKRCard for operational excellence.
