The 2014 NFC Solutions Summit will be held in Austin, Texas, in June—presented by the Smart Card Alliance in partnership with the NFC Forum—bringing together payment executives from across the industry.
The summit will be held on June 3-4 at the Renaissance Arboretum Hotel and will include NFC topics related to the state of technology, device and application developments, the growing NFC ecosystem, implementation guidance and discussion on experiences with pilots and implementations.
Speakers lined up for the event include Koichi Tagawa, the chairman of the NFC Forum; Carolyn Balfany, the group head for U.S. product delivery at MasterCard; Scott Mulloy, the senior vice president of technology and operations at Isis; Randy Vanderhoof, the executive director of the Smart Card Alliance; Siva Narendra, the co-founder and CEO of mobile tech firm Tyfone; Paul Moreton, the vice president of digital commerce at Capital One; and dozens of others.
Pre-conference workshops will be held on June 2, plenary discussions will be held on April 3 and the technology track will be presented on June 4.
