The Money20/20 conference, which explores trends in payments and innovations within the financial services industry, will be held this fall in Las Vegas and will include participation by more than 2,250 companies.
The event, which will be held Nov. 2-6 at the ARIA Resort and Casino, will feature more than 300,000 square feet of showcasing and exhibition space.
Sponsors of the event include BitPay, Bank of America, First Data, American Express, Oberthur Technologies, ACI Worldwide, MoneyGram and dozens of other companies.
Confirmed speakers include the CEO of Isis, along with the heads of Discover, VeriFone, PayPal, Citi and Visa.
“In what has become a hallmark of Money20/20, we are excited to again feature even more of the leading disruptors and innovators in the payments and financial services marketplace,” Simran Rekhi Aggarwal, the co-founder and president at Money20/20, said in a press release earlier this summer. “As a result of our exceptionally high quality speaker and attendee profiles, many companies are choosing Money20/20 as the ideal venue to announce noteworthy news and showcase their latest solutions. Money20/20 is known for facilitating talks, discussions and meetings that drive the evolution of money based on today’s profound changes in commerce, and we look forward to setting the bar even higher with this year’s event.”
A Money20/20 Hackathon will be held from Oct. 31-Nov.2 just before the kick-off of the main event. Developers, designers and entrepreneurs will gather to compete in teams in developing financial technology applications using APIs, software development kits and tools from other major industry players. Sponsors of the hackathon include Chan.com, Mercury Payment Systems—a Vantiv company, ModoPayments, Blockchain.com and PayPal.
