Banking and payments technology provider FIS will showcase its latest innovations aimed at helping clients attract and maximize customer relationships during the FIS Client Conference scheduled later this month.
The conference, which will be held May 12-15 at the Orlando World Marriott Center in Florida, is estimated to attract more than 2,000 financial leaders and experts.
A number of topics will be discussed at the conference, including GenNOW—a white-label solution that allows financial institutions to improve outreach to youth and mobile customers, FIS Pinpoint Marketing that delivers offers to cardholders to encourage spending with certain merchants and Touchpoint Connect—a touch-enabled solution that allows banks to extend customer service through kiosks, tables and in-branch interfaces.
“Client Conference was designed specifically to address the topics and innovations our clients need today and in the future,” Anthony Jabbour, the executive vice president of North American financial institutions at FIS, which serves more than 14,000 institutions in 110 countries, said. “The continued growth of the event shows the value that our clients are finding in our conference and how they’re coming away from it with lessons learned that translate into better solutions and experiences for their customers.”
