U.S. Bank names Rick Aneshansel as U.S. Bank Home Mortgage president

US-Bank-Logo1U.S. Bank recently named mortgage industry executive Rick Aneshansel to succeed U.S. Bank Home Mortgage President Dan Arrigoni, who is set to retire after 42 years in the mortgage industry.

Aneshansel has served as the CFO for U.S. Bank Home Mortgage since 1995, before which time he worked at Kansas-based Metmor Financial. Before coming to Metmor, Aneshansel worked for Dallas-based Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation. He currently serves on the Financial Services Roundtable Housing Policy Executive Council and Fannie Mae’s Single-Family National Customer Advisory Board.

Arrigoni has led U.S. bank and its predecessors since 1996 after the merger with Investors Bank. Before coming to U.S. Bank, Arrigoni served as president of what is now Chase Mortgage, which purchased North American Mortgage, a company he founded.

“Dan Arrigoni is highly regarded in the mortgage industry, and U.S. Bank has grown a stellar reputation among mortgage lenders thanks in large part to Dan’s leadership and the team he has built at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage,” Kent Stone, the vice chairman of consumer banking sales and support at U.S. Bank, said. “Rick has been a key member of that team. His experience and deep understanding of the mortgage industry will pave the way for continued success as the mortgage business continues to grow.”

U.S. Bank Home Mortgage is one of the largest originators and servicers of home loans in the U.S. The company services more than $260 billion in mortgages.
