Spindle, a mobile commerce solutions provider, announced a partnership with RentPaidOnline.com, a web-based payment services provider, last week that will allow property managers to streamline the rental payments process and mitigate risk.

Currently, property managers generally sort through payment amounts across different properties, units and renters, and payments for a single home or apartment are often split between tenants or made in advance.
The partnership is aimed at simplifying the rental payments process by providing data aggregation tools that property managers can use to manage a large amount of data and variables across a number of tenants, properties and units.
