Payment processing solutions provider PAY.ON announced on Wednesday it plans to launch a subsidiary in New York to allow the company to more easily collaborate with clients and market its solutions.
PAY.ON, based in Munich, Germany, has a global payment network of more than 350 payment providers in over 100 countries. Its latest move will expand the company’s presence to the U.S. and Canada.
“We are pleased to be able to provide our clients in the U.S. and Canada with a simpler and more direct exchange effective immediately,” PAY.ON CEO Markus Rinderer said. “As a global provider of white-label payment infrastructure, we offer payment providers every option for expanding their services quickly and in a targeted manner in any country or on any continent.”
PAY.ON America Managing Director Michael Doron and Adam Bowman, the vice president of sales and business development at PAY.ON America, will head the North American subsidiary.
“PAY.ON offers its clients expert partners who have years of experience at the highest level in understanding the needs and requirements of the North American market,” Doron said. “This ensures that the focus of their advice and collaboration is on solutions and goals, no matter how complex the payment requirements. European and Asian clients can look forward to broader transaction processing in the U.S. and Canada in the future thanks to the new U.S. presence.”
