NCUA releases consumer video for redesigned financial literacy sites

resized_NCUA_SEALThe National Credit Union Administration released its latest consumer video that highlights resources and features available on its redesigned websites, including financial literacy site Pocket Cents and consumer website

The four-minute instructional video is free and available on NCUA’s YouTube channel. The video provides access to plain-language personal finance information for parents, seniors, students, service members and educators on topics such as education cost, emergency planning, planning for retirement and managing debt.

Additionally, the video highlights Hit the Road, an interactive personal finance game geared towards teaching youth about the value of saving and budgeting money. The video also tells visitors on how to connect with NCUA’s Twitter feed, @MyCUgov, which provides personal finance tips. provides consumers with information and education on credit unions. Pocket Cents provides access to financial literacy tools and information for numerous age groups.
