iTransact recently introduced co-branded credit card readers for corporate clients that enable mobile payment transactions on iOS and Android devices.
“Many firms provide mobile processing of credit cards, but iTransact is unique in that we offer co-branded card readers,” iTransact Chief Marketing Officer Matt Sumsion said. “Our partnerships with banks, credit unions, accounting firms, and network marketing companies mean we can deliver solutions for their clients that include the co-branded card readers. Some of the companies we have joined forces with include America First Credit Union and Market America.”
Clients can download the version of the iTransact Mobile app compatible with their device after they establish a merchant account through a credit card processor. The card reader is plugged into the device, and the merchant can then accept mobile payments, handle refunds, sell products or services and pre-authorize transactions. Receipts can also be emailed directly from the mobile device.
“Our co-branded readers have been a huge success with our customers and are available in multiple colors along with our signature black iTransact card reader,” Sumsion said. “We offer the co-branded card readers and apps free of charge as a service to our corporate clients.”
