Ross will fill Rep. Jim Renacci’s (R-Ohio) seat on the Housing and Insurance Subcommittee. Renacci left the committee in February to take a seat on the House Ways and Means Committee. Ross will continue as a member of the Subcommittee on Capital Markets and Government Sponsored Enterprises.

Rothfus, who took his seat on the HFSC in April, will take a seat on the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit, as well as the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee.
