Citi said on Wednesday that it will host a performance by entertainer and comedian Jerry Seinfeld later this month to celebrate the new entertainment benefits of Citi’s ThankYou cards.
The performance, which will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26, is the result of a collaboration between Citi and Carolines on Broadway, which will produce the event.
“Citi Presents Jerry Seinfeld” is the latest in a number of special lineups designed for Citi ThankYou cardholders. Other events include concerts, sports and family entertainment events.
“We’re always looking for new ways to unlock incredible access for our customers, and Jerry Seinfeld is one of the most iconic entertainers of our time,” Jennifer Breithaupt, the senior vice president of entertainment marketing at Citi, said. “We’re thrilled to host his performance, and this special evening will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our cardmembers to see Jerry perform in an intimate setting.”
ThankYou cardholders can purchase tickets ranging from $90 to $110 on Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. EST, and space is limited.
The Citi ThankYou card is designed to earn cardholders points, which they can then redeem for products and services, including movie tickets, cookware, music downloads and dining at restaurants.
The bank has approximately 200 million customer accounts and has operations in more than 160 countries.
