Chase earns four TNS Choice Awards for customer service in banking, investments

250px-Chase_logo_2007.svgChase recently earned an unprecedented four TNS Choice Awards for providing customers with outstanding banking and investment services in 2013.

“To win four TNS Choice Awards in a single year is an unprecedented achievement,” TNS Executive Vice President Jim Meyer said. “No other TNS Choice Winner has ever won more than two.”

Chase earned Regional Achievement in the East United States and West United States categories and National Achievement in Consumer Banking and in Premier Banking, which reflects outstanding service to customers with more than $100,000 in assets.

“We have put a lot of focus on serving our affluent customers,” Barry Sommers, the CEO of Chase Wealth Management, said. “These customers expect a higher level of service and we’re extremely pleased that TNS’ research shows Chase provides that.”

The TNS Choice Awards recognize the best financial institutions in the U.S. in acquiring, retaining and servicing customers. TNS conducted interviews with 20,000 American consumers to determine their top choices for merit.
