Barclaycard teams with Cartera Commerce

More than three million Barclaycard customers are getting rewarded for their shopping purchases as a result of a new strategic partnership between Barclaycard US and Cartera Commerce.

When Barclaycard customers realize they can now earn merchandise or a dream trip faster than before by shopping with participating merchants, their loyalty credit card moves to top of wallet.”

Barclays’ payment business in the United States’ new deal with Cartera Commerce, the leading provider of card-linked marketing solutions, allows cardholders to earn discounts, rewards, miles and cash back for purchases at participating in-store, local and online retailers.

Barclaycard is launching its new shopping platform, leveraging Cartera’s shopping platform and large multi-channel merchant network, for select co-branded card programs, including Barnes & Noble, Carnival Cruise Lines, L.L.Bean, NFL and Travelocity.
