Arizona State Credit Union allows members to redeem points for charitable donations

arizona state credit unionArizona State Credit Union recently launched its Choice Rewards credit card program, which provides members with a number of ways to redeem accrued points, including donations to national and local charities.

Using the credit union’s cooperative model, the rewards card offers cardholders zero annual fees, no balance transfer fees, a low introductory rate and the ability to give back to a good cause.

“The opportunity to bring a competitive product to the industry while supporting valuable charitable organizations is significant to the Credit Union,” David E. Doss, the president and CEO of Arizona State Credit Union, said. “Community outreach is a core value of the Credit Union, and we try to implement aspects of it in all of our products and services.”

Members also have the option to redeem their points for one percent cash-back, travel rewards, gift cards or merchandise.

Arizona State Credit Union is a $1.4 billion non-profit local financial cooperative headquartered in Arizona that provides financial services to more than 125,000 members. Launched in 1951, the credit union provides a full line of financial products and services across 21 state locations.
