NACHA—The Electronic Payments Association announced the addition of two new programs to its 2014 PAYMENTS conference, the largest education event for the payments industry.
The conference will be held April 6-9 in Orland, Fla. It will feature a “Spotlight Speaker Series,” which will focus on the future of payments, as well as an “Executive Forum,” where payments professionals can discuss decision-making at the executive level.
“NACHA continues to grow and enhance the PAYMENTS agenda to ensure we are providing the most relevant, timely and significant programming in ways that meets the needs of payments professionals,” NACHA President and CEO Janet O. Estep said. “The ‘Spotlight Speaker Series’ and ‘Executive Forum’ enable us to continue to deliver the unparalleled education, strategic discussion, and engagement that PAYMENTS attendees seek in new and responsive ways.”
The “Spotlight” series will include Sean J. Rodriguez, the senior vice president of the Chicago Federal Reserve and Cheryl Venable, the senior vice president of retail payments products at the Atlanta Federal Reserve.
Additionally, the “Executive” forum, which is sponsored by Transactis, is an invitation-only event that provides executives with a chance to network with other professionals in dialogue and discussion on topics important to the payments industry.
