Bill.com, iPay Solutions scores 2014 Payment System Awards

73650800_scaled_510x260The Electronic Payments Association announced the recipients of its 2014 Payment System Awards on Tuesday, recognizing the highest degree of achievement in the development, implementation and advancement of electronic payments.

NACHA’s Payments System Awards celebrate outstanding accomplishments and superior leadership in innovation, excellence and promotion of the positive environmental impact of electronic payments, statements and billing.

The 2014 PayItGreen Award was given to iPay Solutions, while the 2014 George Mitchell Payments System Excellence Award recognized Bill.com.

“NACHA is proud to recognize iPay Solutions and Bill.com as recipients of the 2014 Payments System Awards,” Janet O. Estep, the president and CEO of NACHA, said. “These organizations demonstrate a commitment to increasing the use and promoting the benefits of electronic payments. We commend iPay Solutions and Bill.com for their leadership and vision in advancing electronic payments and the payments industry.”

The PayItGreen Award honors individual or organizational leadership, vision and innovation in the education and promotion of electronic payments, statements and bills to reduce environmental impact.

iPay Solutions was honored with the PayItGreen Award for developing and implementing its online Resource Center featuring turn-key marketing and training materials to help customers better promote the benefits of electronic billing and payments.

Bill.com was awarded the 2014 George Mitchell Payments System Excellence Award, named after former Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve George Mitchell who was an early proponent of electronic payments, for its efforts to increase the adoption of electronic payments by small and medium-sized businesses and enterprises.
