RadioShack and Citi Retail Services announced on Thursday an agreement that extends their consumer credit relationship, with Citi providing solutions and analytics in support of RadioShack’s growth targets.
“Our business is in the midst of a significant and exciting transformation,” RadioShack CEO Joe Magnacca said. “Citi Retail Services has been an important partner for RadioShack, delivering the consistency and high level of service that is vital to our success. We are happy to continue to offer this program to our customers with Citi’s partnership.”
RadioShack will relaunch its private label credit card with new branding early next year—part of a re-branding campaign to provide new product offerings, brighter stores that are easier to navigate and the opening of over 100 concept and brand statement stores.

RadioShack is a national provider of mobile technology products and services, as well as personal and home technology and power supply needs. It employs approximately 30,000 sales experts and has over 4,300 company-operated stores in the U.S. alone.
